Strawberry Shortcake season started

Strawberry season has finally arrived, and we’re delighted to once again create our traditional Japanese strawberry shortcake using local Swiss strawberries.

Fresh, fragrant, and delicately sweet, these strawberries taste as if they were picked straight from your own garden.

• 16 cm (serves 4–6 people)

• 18 cm (serves 8–10 people)
