It was a slice of roll cake that first sparked my passion for pastries, cakes, and sweets and how they are created. So, I quit my office job and started to learn about French pastries. I worked in several shops and attended pastry schools in both Kyoto and Tokyo.
In 2017, I moved to Switzerland and soon realized my dream of opening Atelier Okashi, an artisan pastry company. We proudly offer our exquisite, handcrafted French-Japanese pastries through select cafés in Zurich and directly to our customers via this website, sharing our passion for unique flavors and high-quality ingredients with the world.
In 2023, Atelier Okashi embarked on an exciting new journey with the launch of Matcha by Atelier Okashi. Our online shop offers certified organic, premium matcha sourced directly from Japan, reflecting our dedication to quality and innovation in bringing the best of Japanese ingredients to your doorstep.
